   As is evident from the photograph, the terrain by Jevišovice is conducive to building a fortified residence. The castle was founded approximately in the middle of the 14th century. Two centuries later it was refashioned in the Renaissance style. The manor interiors with their overall insignificant decoration hide an excellent collection of painted folk furniture.
   A valley of the Jevišovka rivulet, which is a spine of the park of the same name, will fill the lovers of rambling with enthusiasm.
